One of the team mates in my team has an amazing effect on me. He is testing my patience, commu skills and energy almost every day. He is the worst, lampoon, a shitbag with no ethics, no desire to set the things right. I had to get him on board when my PM recommended him with all good words -- committed, eager to learn, intellighent. Heck no, he is a numero uno asshole. Fucked up dimwit.
I gave him 2 tasks which he has screwed up. Delayed the schedule. I being the lead own the bottomline, so i talked to him 2 weeks back first. And then went on talking and talking every day to understand his problem. He said "i m trying", " i m doing". And 0 output. As project goes to a crunch phase, the dude gets e1 more irritating. Every morning he comes up with his irritating face and silly excuses. I sensitized him with all possible consequences -- bad appraisal, bad feedback, bad rating and finally loss of job. He didnt budge.
Asked PM for replacement, she refused. So i have to live with this idiot asshole person not ready to mend his ways. And this is shittiest of person i have ever known. He is a parasite who sucks your blood with faked up ignorance.
