My experience says life just goes on and you gotta move on with it striking off your stumbling blocks and getting least affected by the tantrums it throws to you. Believe me that works. Big time. Try it. Just try it. Carefree, hassle free and independence. Small words but with huge meaning.....Try to experience it!!

Managers!!

Stay cool. Stay calm. Stay happy. Stay away from problem. Ignore it. Trouble brewed for me in the office today. i lost my cool with the client. I didnt feel that. My esteemed crooked asshole managers reported that to me. They are dumb. I know. Unfortunately they would decide how i fared in the project. Client whose name is Bert literally cut me off and fell short of a racist comment for me. In the discussion on a technical thing, my voice went a bit higher. And i just cut off saying OK.

Whats wrong in that. I mean it was a technical discussion. Client goes on changing the requirements and they never freeze. Its frustating indeed. I mean some point of time you gotta stand up and say ok this is what we need and by this time we need it. But this guys just dont stop. I have been saying to my managers to have a process to track this deviations. No heed. And then micro management began.

Manager went back on the words that i had told him the issue. I told him the problem. I discussed with the dude and told him the approaches. And then in the heat of the micro management he said i didnt discuss. That was ridiculous.

Managers find great to play dumb, play technically inactive n when somebody offers techie help, he goes back on the words. This guy is hugely insecure. He back bites. He bitches, spreads rumors. he is so low confident that when i go with him for lunch, he cannot sit alone on the seat waiting for us to get back with the lunch dish. he accompanies us and then we gotta get rid of him.

Bloody asshole.

1.What am I wearing? - Just out of the bed. So a short and a tee.

2. My fav color is red, yellow, blue and white. I know only 4 colors. No other colors. May be I m color blind :)

3.What have I just eaten?-Just had bournvita. Would go and eat Maggie Chicken masala wala. Pampering myself with the good food i can make.

4.What am I thinking right now?- How to get rid of foul and irritating mood i am in since Friday evening.

5. My fav music at the moment-Bryan Adams, Rab ne Bana di Jodi, Delhi 6 and Kishore Kumar forever. I am bit of traditionalist here. Like music which goes per my mood.

6.Last bollywood movie I saw at the cinema was Firaq. It was rubbish. More of a documentary. One viewed. Last week I saw Gulal and 13B. The new actress " Ayesha Mohan" is hot.

7.The most satisfying thing I did this week?-Nothing really. Just that i did my share of work and was happy with it. but that doesnt matter unless client gets happy with it.

8.The most romantic thing I did this week?-Just wrote a post on blog ji. Ho gaya most romantic thing. Hor ki karanga. Koi kudi to hai nahi ji life wich, jo head over heels hogi wo posts paadh ke.

9.The worst thing I did this week??- Lot of things. Worst was to get off the hook frequently over petty things.

10.My favorite drink?- Bournvita this age too, Coke, Cold coffees in diff flavor. tea in cardamom, masala and stuff like that. Shikanji is damn hot favorite too.

11.My favorite time of the day- Early morning and late late night.

12.I read a lot. Mostly in buses. Office and the ones which take me to my home town. I can read all but fashion stuff or those men or women mags which just bash the other sex. I like autobiographies, romantic comedies and Indian urban fiction. Yes English only.

13.My dream car : Not much into dreaming about cars. So not much stuff goes in here.

14. My favorite dessert is Thar, Rajashtan. Haha. Any icecream will do.

15.I cant swim, i tried playing tennis once, developed sore legs, so gave up. Have gone many times GYM but gave up all times. Joining very soon ji.

16.Travelling ji. I love it. I have been to USA many times. Plans to go to Australia and England. Of course cricket watching ji. And then to cold places. Love being clad in winter gear. More love ji then....

17.I hate monsoons and summers in India. I love cold of Delhi, Indore and of course USA ji. Monsoons are gloomy and dark. Summers make you sweat. Whoop........

18.Early to rise, late to sleep. My work begins early in morning. My blog readin sessions and chatting go on till the night. This days i hav been working late night too. That scared away one of the prospects I met few days back. Hahahaha.

19. I am compulsive dancer. Can do salsa and can do a couple dance too. Koi ajma ke dekh le. Wud sweep her off the dancin floor.

20.I am not organized. I love clutter, thats why cluttered i am. I am specific to things that shud be in order. For the rest i dont care.

21.Sucker for Tendulkar, Dada, SRK and Bachchan.

22.How am I feeling right now??
Edgy and irritating. Mood isnt going away.

23.My first love was my school mate in class X. She is now a PM within my own company.

24.Languages I speak super fluent English and Hindi. German few words when i learnt in my first company.

25.Some day I would write a book. Yes. Thats a promise. May be within a year or 2 or 5 years. But some time wud for sure.
